1. Membership & Events
   SNOOTI is a private wine society offering curated events, experiences, and lifestyle programming. Membership is by invitation only. Attendance at events may require registration, approval, or payment in advance. Event availability is limited and not guaranteed.

2. Use of Website
   You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Content on www.snooti.co is for personal use and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
   Memberships are billed annually and non-refundable after 7 days unless otherwise stated. Event fees are non-refundable within 5 days of the event date. If you need to cancel, please email us at info@snooti.co as soon as possible.

4. Conduct
   We reserve the right to deny access to events or membership at our discretion. All guests are expected to act respectfully toward other attendees, hosts, and venues.

5. Photography & Media
   By attending a SNOOTI event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant us permission to use your image for promotional purposes.

6. Liability
   Participation in all events is at your own risk. SNOOTI is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at events or through use of the website.

7. Privacy
   Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information.
